Install step:

  1. Insert toner cartridge into drum socket like Picture 1. and Picture 2.
  2. Push toner cartridge into drum. Please note silicone supporter must lower than drum's case.

Picture 3. show wrong position: silicone supporter is higher than drum

Picture 4. show right position: silicone supporter is lower than drum.
